24 production halted
24 Production Halted – the production of the show 24 has been shut down for Kiefer Sutherland to recover from his operation and illness, Kiefer has had a cyst rupture that was close to his kidney, the cyst had ruptured earlier in the week – the rest of the crew went on without him, the show will continue production within a week or two – mainly because Kiefer has some important rolls and some action scenes – that obviously require him to be fit.
Kiefer Sutherlands assistant said this : “While Kiefer Sutherland is frustrated to miss even one day of work, he and Fox decided together that it would be best to complete this minor elective procedure now as a precaution as opposed to six weeks from now when production wraps,”
